Assist
This package was curated for self-motivated business owners who prefer to enter the basic transactions but would like assistance on the nitty gritty issues. Our package includes 1 training session meeting per month, bank and credit card reconciliation and monthly financial review.

Growth
Our most popular option, this package is for business owners focusing on growth. We work with you to create a process to transfer paperwork and handle everything bookkeeping related for you.

Premium
This option is for our larger construction companies which would like updated financial information on a regular basis. We are essentially your remote worker, and have set a scheduled time that we are dedicated to work on your books. We also schedule weekly phone calls to discuss any matters which may affect our bookkeeping.

Training Sessions - $150.00 / hour:
This is for clients who have internal staff that assist with the bookkeeping process. Performed in person or by zoom, these meetings will help troubleshoot the issues your staff is experiencing, and provide them with confidence to performing the bookkeeping.
Note: This is only offered in addition to one of our packages above.

T4 / T4A / T5018 Tax Slips – ($100 1-10 slips, $150 11-20 slips, $250 20-30 slips, Custom 30+ slips)
For clients which perform their own bookkeeping & payroll, we offer a package to assist with year end tax slip. Based on the information provided, we will prepare your tax slips, send them to CRA on your behalf, and send you a copy of the finished version for distribution.

Paperwork Catch-up & Clean Up (New clients) – price tbd
For clients who are behind on their paperwork and require catch up before enrolling in a bookkeeping package, we can perform quick and efficient services to get your books caught up and sent to your Accountant for filing.

T3010 Annual Charity Returns – ($1,000+)
Given the information provided in your Accounting Software, we will complete the T3010 tax return, send to you for review, submit to CRA, and send you a copy for your records.

Year-end Review:

Our Year-end Review package includes the following items:

Review of client’s books for accuracy
Address client’s bookkeeping concerns
Minor bookkeeping to complete year end
Entering of subsequent adjusting journal entries and matching with Accountant’s trial balance

Accounts Receivable:

Our Accounts Receivable service includes the following:

Receiving customer payments
Bank deposits
Entering Sales from third party software such as Shopify, Square, etc
Entering customer invoices (for Premium package only)

Payroll Package:

Our Payroll Package includes the following items:

Payroll processing (1-2 payroll runs per month)
Monthly Payroll tax remittance report

Audit Proof Package:

Our Audit Proof Package protects you from extra hourly charges related to additional reporting inquiries from governing bodies such as CRA, WorkSafeBC, industry specific agencies, banks / organizations related to lending.
